With over 10 years of experience, I have specialized training and experience in anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, family conflict and domestic violence. I provide engaging and transformative mental health counseling to adults and families. I am dedicated to assisting individuals in healing from traumatic events while simultaneously incorporating new and healthy lifestyle changes.
